We collect or use the following information to provide our cleaning services:
· Names, address and contact details
· Any information relating to your property in the course of your enquiry through to actual on site works (including any photographs/videos you send to us or we take for any reason including proof of existing damage, before and after photos and during quoting process)
· Payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits)
· Information relating to compliments (for future reviews for instance to place on our website or provide to other prospective clients)
· Information relating to complaints and if applicable subsequent resolution.
· Records of consent, where appropriate.
Under UK data protection law, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information. There is a list of possible lawful bases in the UK GDPR. You can find out more about lawful bases on the ICO’s website.

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide our cleaning services are:
· Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
· Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

Cessation of our services: Once you inform us that you no longer require any of our cleaning services, we will remove as much personal information from our system as we are able to.
Accounting: In line with HMRC’s current requirements, some of your personal information may remain on our system for a period of at least 5 years from 31st January following the tax year that your invoice was included in, after which we will remove as much personal information from our system as we are able to. There may be situations whereby we have to keep accounting records for a longer period of time, and will thus remove your information once this time period has elapsed.
Compliments: We will keep this indefinitely.
Complaints: We will keep these records for a minimum of 6 years after the complaint has been made.

o In the event of selling and/or transferring work to another business/individual
